CONCERNING
THE TARIFF OF IMPORT DUTY OF WHEAT FLOUR

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE,

Considering:

a. that in the framework to keep stability of domestic wheat flour price and pay attention to harmonize import duty tariffs of downward and upward industry commodity, it is needed to stipulate amendment to import duty tariff of wheat flour.
b. that based on consideration as described in a. and in an effort to implement provisions in Article 13 paragraph (2) of Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs that is amended by Law No. 17/2006, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning the Tariff of Import Duty of Wheat Flour;

In view of:

1. Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs (Statute Book No. 75/1995, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612) that is amended by Law No. 17/2006 (Statute Book No. 93/2006, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4661);
2. Presidential Decision No. 20/P/2005;
3. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 110/PMK.010/2006 concerning the Classification System of Goods and Amendment to Import Duty Tariff of Goods;

HAS DECIDED:

To stipulate:

REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING THE TARIFFS OF IMPORT DUTY OF WHEAT FLOUR.

Article 1

In this Regulation:

1. "Customs Law" refers to Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs, that is amended by Law No. 17/2006.
2. "Customs Office" refers to office in the Directorate General of Customs and Excise environment where fulfill customs obligations in provisions of Customs Law.

Article 2

Imported of wheat flour (Tariff Post 1101.00.10.00), is subject to import duty tariff 5% (five percent).

Article 3

Import duty tariff as described in Article 2, shall apply to the import of goods whose import customs notification has secured registration number from the Customs Office at the port of entry since enforcement date of this Regulation of the Minister of Finance.

Article 4

With the enforcement of this Regulation of the Minister of Finance, Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 05/PMK.011/2008 concerning the Stipulation of Import Duty Tariff on Import of Wheat Flour shall be revoked and declared null and void.

Article 5

This Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.

For public cognizance, this Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall be published by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
